Hi there d22 ......Are you guys using the same gear?
There is a lot of post processing with IR Shots, and everyone does it differently, they require lots of contrast to make them pop.
So tell us what you think the problem is ??? ........ Skippy (Australia)

Its just a regular picture. That's why you can't make it look like a processed IR.
