I like it very much!
It is very unusual, intense, and very interesting.
The eyes are so huge, and the expression is also very good.
I prefer the B/W version, even if the colours of the first one are very natural and beautiful.

I don't care for the arm in the pic-
maybe a closer crop of the face and clone out the arm-
a multiply or soft light blend mode for a little more color-
just my suggestions-
I agree with andreas re 'unusual, intense and interesting'-
cute girl and beautiful eyes-
best
