user didnt get digital download

I had a user who either missed the option to donwload or it didnt work for whatever reason, how do they download it again?

cancel that, they found the confirmation in their spam folder

I've had this happen too. In my case, I was able to see they had paid for the download, so I simply e-mailed them a replacement.
