Is it possible to have more than one site, ultimately a domain will be used - but to develop these sites now under sitename.smugmug.com and then when they are ready for production like domainame.com?

Please let me know how this works? I'm on the verge of signing up - especially since Anne, Dustin, Ivar, aktse, and Andy got me started and cleaned a couple of cob webbs out of my head (still have many though)...

Thanks :super

Does this mean I can set up a separate site just for football photos? Is there an additional cost to this?

Andy is saying yes in a seperate communication ne_nau.gif- there is a full cost except a promo credit. I did ask him if they plan to have a multiple domain option...

For me I now have two pro accounts as of this month. I was planning a name change and went thru the new account process to see if the name was taken. I am not planning on the domain thing but after having a pro account for 8 months I have learned a great deal on smugmug and wanted the time to set up my new site over the holidays to be ready for next year. I am not worried about the laps of time for the old account and plan to use the old account to direct existing clients to the new site. Smugmug has made me realize that my photos are sellable and all the help Andy and every one in the forums has given me I will stay for a while. I just wish this type of product was around about 15 years ago when I lost my interist in photography. It is now reborn and in a digital world. :ivar

It would be nice to have the option of having a 'test' site.

My luck is, I would be making an 'adjustment' and I will totally mess up the site, and of course that's when I will have an influx of visitors...never looks good to have your site down because you messed it up, or to have them visit when the site is viewable but in shambles.

I'm sure SM would frown on a free test site...but maybe if enough of us beg?

I'd like to be able to better separate my content. Have a site for sports or maybe a specific sport, another site for portraits, etc.
