Hi Swartzy you will be surprised at how much more power the flash seems to have because of how the light is being bounced, I think I could go even bigger than F20 and I will try that out too.

That link was well worth watching from start to finish, all up my cost was for the packet that contained 3 sheets of that Foam Paper $2.95.

So to make just ONE cost $1 and one Balloon :D now thats Cheap!
Good Luck with yours Swartzy......... Skippy (Australia)

    Another sample
I also stopped by the craft shop, invested my $.79 and then went to a concert:

    Canon 10D / iso400 / f5.6 / 1.125sec

    works great!

(the stage has a 30-foot-high ceiling painted black, so I used the full-size sheet and "flopped" it over)

Went to JoAnn Fabrics and bought some
Followed instructions (difficult for a guy ya know), and must say, this works sweet. I'll post some pics once I get a chance....been swiveling the flash head in every direction possible and scrutinizing light......I'm a bit myopic right now rolleyes1.gif

    Hey skip...heres the good oil.

600ml Breaka with the opening cut off fits perfectly over my 430EX & does a perfect job. Cost is $2.40 & the 'lite' wont add to the love handles too much.

Could you post the link in this thread?
"A photo is like a hamburger. You can get one from McDonalds for $1, one from Chili's for $5, or one from Ruth's Chris for $15. You usually get what you pay for, but don't expect a Ruth's Chris burger at a McDonalds price, if you want that, go cook it yourself." - me
