I have a customer who can't get the MULTIPLE PHOTOS option in their gallery to work. They have no problem buying individual photos, but when they select the MULTIPLE PHOTO option, they get an error saying "We're sorry, the owners of these photos have not enabled printing." and of cousre i HAVE enabled printing, because they can select them individually. http://www.customsportphotos.com/gallery/1921144

I notice that if i am NOT logged in, i get the same error. Does this mean that you must be a member and have a login to use this capability? thanks.

Also, i think it works ok if i remove the password protection from the gallery. Is this by design or is there somehow a glitch?

    Hi,

I was able to go to that gallery, logged out, and add multiple photos to the cart without any problems. Has this been resolved for you?

If not, I think your best option is to send an email to the support area. If it's a glitch, support can send your email directly to the engineers to check it out. Email address for support can be found here:

We definitely keep an eye on things here if there are problems and try to solve them if we can. Sometimes, however, and unfortunately, we don't get to your questions as quick as we would like here. You will get an immediate response by sending an email to support.

    I am checking.

But one problem: you may not black out our name and copyright, as you've done here. Please fix that, thank you.

    Multiple Photos button
I too am encountering that my "multiple photos" button is doing the exact same thing that the originator of this post is encountering. I just emailed support. I had a customer complain already! This is not good!

    http://clients.beyondthewell.com

Support said it is likely a problem with my custom domain, because if I get to the site via http://beyondthewell.smugmug.com instead, the button works fine! I hope they figure this out!
