Shay- Have you tried the Neat Image plug in for PS CS on OS X ? I find I use it more than I did Noise Ninja simply because the workflow is so much easier as a plug in.

Hi Pathfinder, no, I haven't tried Neat Image. I searched for a noise reduction program last week and Ninja was free mwink.gif so I am playing with that for the moment. I am an absolute amateur with photoshop. Photoshop elements was included with the 20d and I am going through the tutorials at the moment.

    Stardate 2866 :

Captain : "What can you see down there Lieutenant ?"

Lieutenant : [radio squelch] "Well Capt'n...we think he was some sort of ancient computer wizard [break] ..man this is a spooky place..vegemite bottles everywhere [break more squelch]...he seems to have had all the good old programs ..but man his files are loaded in like a mad womans custard [squelch] i can only assume he was deliberately sabotaging his computer when the asteroid hit"

Just thought I'd also suggest this one: Noiseware.

The program can be downloaded as a stand-alone program, a plug-in for PS CS, or as a free community version. The community version is good, but it can't do batch loads.

I've been using this program since this summer and it's pretty good. Also, it's pretty easy to use. Hope this helps!
