Replacing 1 photo in an order with two?

A customer ordered this photo (from a gallery with a proof delay set)

in 4x6 and 8x10. Obviously, 8x10 crops off some of the body. That photo is a crop from the original however, so I can recrop is so that in 8x10 none of the body is cut. Now, is it possible in the order to replace the 4x6 part of that order with one that is 2:3 and the 8x10 part of the order with one that is 8:10?

    Wait a second...am I really that dumb? I can just replace it with one that works for 8x10 and then crop the sides of that one to meet 4x6 can't I...Duh....right?
