After seeing the images posted by AZSnapper, I wasn't sure if I wanted to post any of mine from our trip, A lot of repetion. Here are a few of the images I captured.
This is the lower Ruins
A closer view of the Upper Ruins(as opposed to lower ruins)
A short hike around the mountain
Inside one of the rooms, I really liked the way the light entered the room.
These Indians sure knew how to choose their mountain views.
Another view of Roosevelt lake
The Hiking group, Karl, of course with the big camera around his neck.
The Drive home Thru Apache Trail was truly amazing, but difficult to capture due to the sun location.
Lake Roosevelt Dam
The river bed. The river was drawn down so far it exposed a forest of
Mesqite trees, and many personal belongings lost by boaters. An amazing
amount of hats, bottles, sunglasses, & several swim Trunks. Must have been alot of "nekked boaters"
More riverbed
Abandoned By a "nekked Boater"
Thru the Canyons
More Canyon Tough Sun light
Sun setting on Canyon Lake, Thats Four Peaks Glowing in the background.
Probably should have just put the link to my gallery?
