Again, Interesting to know your thoughts about them.
I used two flashes - 150 and 300 W with softbox and umbrella...

For me, that isn't desirable - I would just use a window!

The color balance in the first image is lovely with her blonde hair against that pale, blue background.
The first B&W is lovelyl as well. I miss seeing a little more of the top of her head, but the soft lighting is up to your usual standards.
The crop of the third image is not really working that well for me - she seems too crowded on the viewer's left. Colors are nice and soft.
The last image - the second B&W - looks like it was created from the blue channel in channel mixer - Her skin looks coarser and rougher and her lips look drier. Not my favorite of these four images.
The lighting is very nicely done - nothing would trip to me think these were shot with artificial light.
Window light is fine, but I suspect the days are getting rather short about now, aren't they, Yuri??
Winter is coming in the northern hemisphere.

The only exception would be her eyes. Clean up the eyes, I can see the umbrella I think.
I like number 2 the duotone, the best.

Cleaning up the eyes, IMO, isn't needed at all.
