UVA vs. NCSU Women's Soccer Game...my first time!
So, this was my first time shooting sports AND my first time using a pro telephoto lens. These two are the shots I handed in for a sports assignment in my photojournalism class here at UNC-Chapel Hill (captions are the ones I wrote for the class). Let me know whatcha think!

University of Virginia forward Jess Rostedt (12) turns around for a high five with teammate Alex Singer (19) after scoring the winning goal six minutes into overtime at North Carolina State University on October 28, 2006. Rostedt was named ACC Womens Soccer Player of the Week for scoring twice in this 3-2 win.
