I am participating in a white elephant sort of exchange on another forum, and my victim is an Aussie. I was thinking of putting some random crap in there, but gus' package to smugmug HQ a week back made me think of adding some candies/sweets.

Is there anything that we get in the USA that you guys in AU can't get that you have tried and really liked?

Thanks!

"White Elepant Exchange" ... tricky to post ..

I am trying to think back to April when I did my tour of Denver -> Vegas 'n back. I loved the SoBe drinks .. but they'd be hard to post. Darn .. I cant think. Anyone ? Do you have different Skittles or M&M's we don't get here ? Of course Australia's import rules er pretty harsh so I am not even sure you could send chocolate...

The official customs rules are here

I remember i liked your beef jerkys but we have it here also & really .....any imported meat product is best used to throw a strong scent for customs thus keeping their attention off you bag full of B&H L lenses you have just returned with & not paid tax on.

Sorry mate but nothing comes to mind. Really i would just send some lollies etc. ANything like that is serendipity.
