print size problem

Hi dears.. here I am in the sunny FL keys .. I'm trying to order a print for a friend whose doggie just passed away.. I made a collage of scanned images to print out an 11x14 but smugmug will only let me go up to 5x7.. am I having a senior moment or is this cos of pixel quality or sumpin..:dunno I'm not too worried about quality on this one as it's just memories of a dear doggie for her.. whaddya think.

Hi Lynnie, it's because it's too small.
Your file is a tiny bit too small. 1024x768 is the minimum for an 11x14

Hi Andy..s'mee agin... I've uppted the res to 1024x805 but it still wont fly.. any suggestions
