Gus, what did they charge him with

I only heard the very end of this story on the car radio and reception wasn't the best, some guy was arrested in Surfers for taking pictures of schoolies with a Mobil phone, and charged (this is the bit i didn't hear very well) with invasion of privacy or something like that. IMO anyone sneaking around taking pictures with a phone should have it deposited up their backside, what seems strange to me is the expectation of privacy when you're in a public area.

Police said the man from Mooroopna in Victoria had been spotted using a mobile phone to film up women's skirts in the Surfers Paradise CBD yesterday.
I call that an expectation of privacy mate.
Personally i think he should have been handed over to some of the fathers/husbands.
