Not sure where to post this...

Seems like (at least around here) you will be able to get an XTi Kit (Black) for $784. Here is my attempt at linking to it... Link That is Instant Savings, $115 off. Not too bad I guess...

Yes they were. I work in Geek Squad and had to be in to work at 4:15am yesterday morning... it was already insanely long when I was getting into work, I'm sure it expanded before we opened at 5.

However the awesome sale was mis-advertised in our advertisement and said 899... so they didn't go nearly as fast. They were labeled correctly in store as 784. I picked one up earlier today as the sale was good for yesterday and today only. We still had two left this morning. They are now all gone at my store.

Yay for my first dslr :)

DEAL: Best Buy's deal on digital rebel
$899 for the 10.1 megapixel Rebel xti with a 18-55mm lens. And if you had bought it over the weekend they knock $115 off of that. No interest for 18 months. How do you beat that?

I didn't buy it. If they have the same deal again I'm on it.

899 is the regular retail price. 899, you are correct, is not a great deal.

784 was the price for it this past weekend (Black Friday & Saturday only), it was cheaper than what BH usually sells that kit for... I picked it up yesterday myself :)

a very reliable online seller with a real store is beach camera in NJ - very reputable.

they have the XTi for $699.00 skip the kit lens!

    BTW, no tax!!!

no payments for interest for 18 months sounds like a great incentive as well.
