Gallery titles?

One further question if you please. Can I force a gallery/ans/or sub-titles name other than what I'm presented with on the drop-down menu?

Hi Dave,
Do you mean can you create a Category or sub-Category, that's not listed in the dropdown menu? If so, you can do this from your Control Panel. Under Organize and Customize. Just select either Categories or sub-Categories. You can also change (rename) or delete custom Categories and sub-Categories from here.

Steve
Andy/Steve,
Steve nailed my problem. I've since been able to create another Gallery (thanks Steve) with the tile of my choice but cannot for the life of me move it where I want it. It shows up under "other" galleries along with my bio/header, etc.

Andy,
Thanks for coming through in the clutch once again!
I'm pretty much where I want to be with one exception. I added some Eagle images to the "New Arrivals" gallery but when I open the web page and from within while logged on the image displayed for that Gallery remains a Egret even though I moved that image out of that gallery into another. How do I fix that.
A thought/sugestion:
I don't know if other new folks have experienced the same issues as I have e.g. galleriues and sub-categories etc. Wouldn't it be far easier to show users something like an ord chart that deleineates all galleries, sub-catergies etc., with the ability to make changes from that page such as moving images from one spot to another, creating new galleries etc.?
I know it would help me if I could see the lar\ger picture, so to speak. I'm not finding the options on the control panel intuititve enough, at least for me.
