I think the comp is a little to loose. Shooting these straight on wouldnt be a bad thing.

    How about gutsy!!
I think you can get away with one wide shot to show the size of the drop off, but you really need to get in much closer on the action. Try from behind, underneath and the straight on. ie play with the angles depending on where the light is!
    Did he land it?
    May I take your picture?

I don't think any of them work well. The crop is too loose. If I had to pick
    one, it'd be #2.

    Santa Cruz frame?

Thanks guys. I agree comp is too loose. Santa cruz V10. Shooting head on doesn't look good at all its a standard agle that is way overused and doesn;t give any perspective.

I appreciate your comments. Deffinatly need to tighten it up.

Nice bike. I have a blur but I don't ride it nearly enough.

Anyway, if I could recomend getting a tad closer or a longer lens. I think
the angles are good and I see how you want to use the low position and
distance for perspective. For that, the last two work--I prefer the B&W.
But one thing I don't care for is the amount of flash--it's become obvious
which I don't think you want--maybe dial it down a stop?
