fringing? - can someone recommend a tut?

I can't find this tutorial I found on getting rid of fringing. I have a couple pics with some blue fringe that I would love to get rid of. It makes the edges of the subject look "neon". I didn't find much on a search. Any help would be appreciated.

Our very own Shay Stephens has a programme for just 10 smackers. I use it all the time & its fantastic...it can remove any colour you choose not just that purple fringe.

Best $10 ive ever spent !!

I have a tutorial at my website that covers this issue, among other similar ones that affect the colour component of an image:

Just click on the "How To" link, then under the Image Enhancement section click the "Reduce Colour Component Artifacts[FONT=Verdana, Lucida Grande, Arial, Helvetica][/FONT]" link.
