Watermarking option missing

The watermarking option under photo tools (the item between Custom Pro Pricing and Make into Watermark) is missing for certain images.

Examples:

(I guess you'd have to be an admin to see the photo options menu.)

What they have in common is they're web resolution image files. And actually I DON'T want them marked, but when I uploaded http://photo.dkwan.com/gallery/2174097/1/112958466 it automatically got watermarked because of the gallery settings. (The part that says DKWAN.COM at the bottom is the watermark.) Now I can't remove the watermark because there's no Watermarking menu item. Any suggestions, other than changing gallery settings and reuploading?

These two have no watermark, they are under the size that we'll watermark (smaller than 800px).

This one has a watermark, and shouldn't - you say it was watermarked on upload by gallery setting?

If so, I'll bug this.

I confirmed it as a bug. And logged it in our bug tracker. Sorry for the hassle. Change the settings and reupload, sorry about that!
