ALL the galleries VANISHED

After 3 days of work, my partner has lost all the images she had on SmugMug. She's too upset to get specific details at the moment, but from what I gather she was _trying_ to rename a Category, and somehow now everything is gone-- or at least doesn't show up.

All she was trying to do was to add a hyphen to the name of the category, but I have a feeling that somehow that broke the link between the main category and subcategory. (??)

Is it possible that somehow the images/galleries are still there? This is the first large project she's attempted to create and she's simply at a loss.

Problem SOLVED
Well, it tooks almost *TWO MINUTES* but support got back to me w/ the answer (somehow things were just "hidden".)

Really need to work on that response time-- see if you can get it down to under one minute!

It only takes a minute to have a heart attack or a stroke from thinking you lost all your hard work!!!! :yikes Glad this had a happy ending! (2 minutes is a darn good response time IMO!)
