Statcounter came up with this link and following back to the source I think
I've created monster or a least a rumor for Snopes.

It's gets even deeper. Original siting from the Romania news here.

And the one below is even more original when I captured it 9/6/2003 at
3:57:00 PM with my Sony CD1000.
