Some Photo Journalism type pics I have taken with my Sony 828.
Stuff like you would see on the front page of your local paper.
Or maybe one of the mags like Time.
I don't hold a candle to anyone at Time or National Geo.
But here are a few attempts! :D

    My favorite!

The first shot is very, very good, unfortunetly I think the man in the white hat makes a distracting background. Along the same lines, the shot of the two kids with the flags is very good, but the girl's flag seems to lead my eye right onto the woman in the background.

Other than the backgrounds I like all of these images. You have a very good eye for finding good subjects and your focus and exposure are really strong.

    Keep up the good work!

    Thanx Eric!
With some Processing I could make em all good but these were all straight from the camera.

Hard to get super shots without sacraficing some clutter. Esp in a crowd.

Cool shots, karz. My only suggestion would be to explore f2.8 or f4. Tends to blur the background.

    Yeah I goofed
I did those 828 shots with F4.5 :cry

Was still getting used to the camera at the time.

The FD97 don't have settings for all that.
