I'm not sure whether these kudos go to Smugmug or EZPrints, but I'll laud you both here...

A customer of mine (engagement shots) ordered via the website (smoothly) and received an entire duplicate of her order. She called up and asked should she return the shots or pay for them, and she was basically told "Enjoy the pictures, and congratulations on your engagement."

Sweet!:ivar Thanks, guys!

The same thing happened to one of my customers too. I have mixed feelings on it though. I am glad my customer received more than expected, however, it sure limits reprint orders of the images.

It's certainly not the norm. Sometimes glitches occour, even in the most well thought out systems and processes.
