Printing & Proof Days

Hello!

Quick question - if I am ordering prints from my own gallery, which has been set to allow for proof days before printing - do I still need to do anything, or will it begin processing immediately, since I am ordering from myself.

Thanks,

Scott

    wave.gif Hi Tras,

    See our help page:

    http://www.smugmug.com/help/proof-retouch-replace

"On orders that don't make a profit (orders placed when you are logged in or in galleries with no image pricing in place) the order does not appear in "sales details". Therefore, you won't be able to use the "ship it!" button to send the order off early. Tip: Avoid delay by changing proof days to 0 or 1 before placing the order."

Thanks Andy - live and learn I suppose! I didn't know that prior to placing the order - is there any way if I give you the order number, you can begin the process, or is it too late? If so, the order number is 215018.

    Sorry - won't happen again!

No problemo. I hit the ship it button (it's an admin type thing in this situation) and it's now off to the lab!
