You must be more specific please, so that those who will and can help you, can help you!

What type of banner do you want? Text? Graphical? Both? Transparent png? What type of font do you want if you are having text? What photos would you put in it if you want them in it?

There are amazingly great helpers here, but they need help to help you.

What I want is something very simple I want the top of the page to say Magic Picture Page as my banner...I have photoshop elements and when I write It with the text I want it looks to pixley.. I like the simple moomriver writing but with a different text..How do I creat the banner in photoshop without it looking pixley

Be sure to choose "Anti-Aliasing - Smooth" for your font in Photoshop Elements.

Good. now add this to your css:

#navcontainer {margin-top: 10px;}

it will give a tiny bit of breathing room for the navbar.
