Most flat featureless landscape shots look drearily the same. But I think the small guy to the right gives it something. What do you think?

I think this shot has a lot of potential, but I'm not quite sure what it's missing (possibly just some slightly more interesting clouds)... I like the idea. I would definitely straighten the horizon.

Crop and straighten, definitely good ideas. I like it much better per your suggestions.

Couldn't do much about the clouds though!

I think it needs a crop, and it is very, very flat. Definitely needs some levels and curves work, as well as saturation and luminance work.

Maybe because the sky is featureless, crop out most of the sky as well?

Crop helped a ton as well as the colors but like catone said it's still very flat.

I agree with photocat, a crop really help, although I'd prefer the horizon a bit more central (bad form I know). Also clicking auto curves in photoshop really brings it to life. Then a bit of warming filter on the ground if you're bored and a little bit of darkening top and bottom should you really be trying to avoid work :)

Great job, Frog! I was going to suggest tweaking curves and bumping the colors but that reprocess is perfect. Someone got to it pretty fast.

I think a centered horizon is perfectly fine in this case.
