Some of you know that I work as an electrician at the Cincinnati Airport.
The recent snowstorm has kept me at work for over a week (I am on the snow team there) with very little sleep.:huh
Been doing this for 13 years now so when I see all this beautiful snow I get a little antsy to go out to shoot.
And I have to wait till it's all over to get out.
So I have been just dying to get out shooting.
First, this was my view of the from my snow blower.
This thing is big 8000 tons of snow per hour. Two huge engines, blower is 680HP.
This is the blower after the storm great to see the sun.
This one is the little sister to my blower.(size does mean something)
This is the one big pile of snow.
Here's what I really like to shoot.
Newport Ky shot from Cincinnati Ohio
Taylor-Southgate Bridge Covington Ky. in the background.
Serpentine Wall Cincinnati Ohio
Holy Cross Immaculata Church
Mt.Adams
Ahhhh I feel better now.
Sleep wise too.:1drink
Thanks for the look.

blower The major Sierra passes have been closed on and off for the past
couple of days.
The shot of baby blower going down the road is impressive! I've only ever seen
something that big on the front end of a train as it transits Donner Pass.

You and I have to get together. I live just north of cini and have yet to get some great night time shots. Cincinnati has one of the best sky lines (imho).
MHJS(john) also is in cinci and Mel lammers is a little north of me also. So there are several of us locals that could have a cinci/northern ky shoot out.
Tim
P.S. These are great shots I like the snow blower shots as well. To bad I did not have that thing for my street! We got alot more snow up this way than cinci did.
Speak with sweet words, for you never know when you may have to eat them....

for the comments.
I am still trying to catch up on my sleep from that storm.
We worked the first two days with only one hour of sleep.
I got off work Christmas morning at about 8:00am just in time for santa.
Then we were called in the very next day for more.(i am not really sure what day it is).
Ian yes this blower would make quick work of the snow on any highway.
It might be to big to maneuver it's very long.
Tim that would be great love to meet up and shoot.
Cincinnati has the most beautiful skyline and I never get tired of taking her picture.
Not just at night either daytime is great out in the city also(just have to be careful where you go).
Thanks
