Anyway, if it's an old news - my apologies...

Canon 30D 1.0.5 firmware upgrade is avialalbe from http://www.canon.co.jp/Imaging/eos30d/eos30d_firmware-e.html

    Test results
    I downloaded and installed the upgrade. All systems seem to be OK. No problems.

    Yeah, it worked great. I did mine a few weeks ago, haven't had any problems yet. Not that I've noticed any improvements either.

    The list of issues resolved with this update seems to indicate that they are very trivial. Sure would be nice if Canon would make the Printer button programmable via a future firmware update. rolleyes1.gif
