Noise Ninja and PSP XI Question

I am considering buying the stand alone copy of Noise Ninja (I do not think it is available as a plug in to PSP). Any know if this would be a substantial improvement over the sharpening tools and noise reduction in PSP? Inother words, is it worth buying over what I have in PSP XI??
