Just last week or two AOL Money, and Finance was recommending people snatch copyrighted material for there own use, now they seem to be mad for a chain charging a $14.95 sitting fee. The articles emphasis seems to be finding the cheapest chain, or independent who would do “work for hire” at the cheapest price.
While they had praise for an independent who spent quality time, provided the best photos with the best retouching, and best service, Including sitting down with a laptop and consulting with them on the photos. They pretty much dismissed him because the cost was way too much.

As a consumer, you are trying to get the most value for your money. Sounds
like they felt that particular photographer offered them the best value.
As far as charging a sitting fee? Hey, sounds like someone made a mistake
by not disclosing this up front. I'd be upset if a vendor mis-represented
pricing too.
I honestly didn't see anything wrong with the article.
