So I rented a nice flash setup for the weekend. Fun being able to take nice pics with flash light -- a pair of umbrella lights setup is a lot better than on-camera flash!

Of course... it's tough to get kids to pose. Need to work on my techniques for that ;-)

That first one is a lot of fun!

Try getting down a little lower to their level when shooting - I think you'll be pleased with the results!

I'm sure they were happy with the photos. Nice job!

Sweet shots. Your lighting looks good. Was this the first time you rented lights? The first shot is really cute, good work.

1 and 3 are very cute - but then, I love shots of kids that age, old enough to be very interesting/unpredictable.

Really like the light in the second one. You have a pretty good ratio going there.

Like others have already said, get a little lower, especially with the little ones. The shots, I believe, will have a lot more interest.

The little girl is just adorable. I like candid shots--when you can get them.

Has Andy's avatar always winked? --I just noticed it! rolleyes1.gif
