Championship Burst Animation

i saw david's burst animation post, so i figured i might post mine too.
this is after the york college men's soccer team won the cac conference title. the two assistant coaches were posing for a picture with the head coach as a distraction so the players could dump the cooler on him. i was fortunate enough to catch the whole thing. (might take a couple seconds to load)

    i used the animation panel and then saved as a gif. would you like more detailed instructions?

    I would! I've done this in PSE, but not in PS! I'd love to know how you did it....
