I could not get him with 600mm...grrr Got one quick flight shot with wings clipped.
Could just be angle and light.
    Super series.
And around and around he went...lolol
    Best Regards

The thing that puzzles me is, with only one bird that Harry stayed locked onto from lift-off to landing, when did the transmitter and bands fall off?:headscratch.gif

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

When I saw the band in the early shots and saw it missing in the later shots I was perplexed also. I though about it a bit and concluded that it had either rode up on the leg and was hidden by feathers or that it had fallen off. Neither possibility was convincing too me but it will remain one of life's secrets up there with how my washing machine will normally eat one of a pair of my socks when I do a wash. Of the two I'm more concerned with the sock issue as I now have 6 socks w/o partners. :cry

I considered cloning out the tags but I figured why should I be the only one who was puzzled. rolleyes1.gif

Maybe he's the one eating your socks, is it alway the right sock? With or without the band, they are great socks...I mean shots. ne_nau.gifne_nau.gif

Great set Harry. I cant help with the band issue, but I have solved the sock issue. All of my socks are exactly the same so when I lose one I dont even notice,
