There is an issue with Get Categories (Ctrl+Shift+G) command.
With the great deal of help from raingorest (thanks, Sebastian!) problem was located and issue fixed.
New version will be deployed soon, hopefully within next couple of hours (that is unless my SO gives me more grief than usual:-).
