Never mind, its a good series though! I like snakes & used to have a small grass snake. Some of your pics look a little over exposed, maybe move your lights back a little or try using something to sften the light a little such as a reflector to diffuse the light. I think you're brave to keep so many. Do they take a lot of work?

    Alex,

You've made quite an impression on me. The photo above is my favorite. I think your subject matter is a beautiful one to photograph, and I think you've made an admireable start. Yes, you lighting can be improved and you can work with your DOF as well. However, there is much good you are doing as well.

Besides you're an artist: you're willing to bleed for your art! artist.gif

Hey Alex, Welcome. Great images wings.gif Looks like you have your hands full with all your little pets. They really are the best pets though. We just lost our Boa a few months back. Woke up one morning and he was in Snake Heaven. That's on Santa's list for this year. Not sure what kind as of yet but I'm going looking next week for one.

Once again welcome and keep posting......

Hi, Alex. I love snakes and yours are gorgeous. Your pictures of the reticulates really brought out the irridescence in the scales! thumb.gif
