I was taking some home shots of my kids for Xmas cards and other things... While setting up, my son plopt on the floor waiting for me to give the commands...

    Hi, IMHO the photo does not say "waiting" to me. If the photographer was in the background fiddling with his camera while the boy sat on a stool, perhaps that would better convey the feeling of waiting.

    It's a very cute picture, but it doesn't really convey "waiting" to me. I looked at the picture before I read your text and I couldn't really see it until after I read your description. I still think it's a great shot of your boy, though!!

    Cute picture of your son. Love the teddy bear and the fact that his left foot is turned in.

    I'm not getting the 'waitin' theme though.
