I took this photo last night, about sunset, at the National Mall in DC.

    Welcome Chris
    I like the mood of this shot. The original lighting leaves the subject (duck) a little dark so I thought I'd try to bring it up a bit for you without ruining the feel. I used several layers to achieve this look. Hope you don't mind. I thought it cool if we could bring a little light to the eye.

    That's a nice shot Chris and I love the colors in the water. Swartzy's work on the shot is a definite improvement.
