Been getting more and more back into backpacking mostly beacuse on my son.(he got me all fired up on it again) :D

    Nice images Fred. I specially like the last two. It's great that you can go hiking with your son. I really enjoy every chance I get to take my son hiking. It's good for bonding.

    Yes your right great to get out with my son.
    He is very athletic so he loves to give the old man a workout on these trails.
    But I'm not over the hill just yet...boy I sure am looking down it though :D

    I think it's a very humbling experience when your son overtakes you physically. Mine is almost there and I mostly feel proud but there's a bit of me that says "you should be better!".

    Backpacking is such a peacful thing to do.

    The fall is a nice time too.
