I just recieved my new camera this week and I wanted to go out and shoot with it.

I went to the zoo just to shoot lots of subjects and get a feel for it.

Here are a couple from the outing.

I have a lot to learn but I am learning the location of the controls and buttons.

Excellent photography, I would be happy with these shots. What camera and lense did you use?

The camera was a Nikon D2Xs. The first two were a tamron 70-300 macro lit by the SB-800 Speedlight.

The second two were with a sigma 170-500 zoom.

    Thx for the compliment. :D
