A bit too 'contrived' for my tastes. And it also needs much more overcast lighting. Doesn't look like the kind of weather that would have kids waiting for the snow to start.

I like #3 the best. Also has to most 'waiting-feel' to it for me.

I think they are good attempts, but the waiting theme seems a little forced here and for me, kinda ruins the shots.

Yes I see your point...

Funny thing is, it was raining a fair bit while I took these, perhaps there is some way I can emphasize it, making it seem more dark and dreary...
