I am continually amazed by how you macro shooters get these bugs to pose for you. There must be some honey on the leaf technique or something.. I'll read up on that when I'm cool enough to have a Macro lens though. Right now I'm still assembling lights at a snails pace...
I like the direct light on the bug. I think having some kind of reflector underneath the subject to send some of that light back to the bottom of the bugs eye could have helped this shot a bit though.
