I'm trying to determine what a print should cost the public. I see prices all over the map. I see drugstore pricing for an 8*10 and fine art pricing.
Andy's gallery, where he sent me for examples was at the high end.
Would people here say a reasonable price for
4*6 glossy
8*10 glossy
12*15 glossy
16*20 glossy
here are mine 5 times smugmug cost rounded
4*6 glossy 5
8*10 glossy 15
12*15 glossy 25
16*20 glossy 40

This is what I charge for my prints. I am the photographer for the West Virginia University Marching Band so alot of parents and members buy the prints.
4*6 glossy/matte - $2.00
5*7 glossy/matte - $6.00
8*10 glossy/matte - $10.00
8*12 glossy/matte - $10.00
4x6: $7
Portraits:
4x6: $8
5x7: $12
I charge more for the portraits, as they require more retouching/corrections.
