    Quarks are huge !!

Strings need my macro (god i hate blue writting on computers..you'll have to highlight it)

If string theory is to be a theory of quantum gravity, then the average size of a string should be somewhere near the length scale of quantum gravity, called the Planck length, which is about 10-33 centimeters, or about a millionth of a billionth of a billionth of a billionth of a centimeter.

Oh, that's a shame. It shows the most beautiful wimmin in the world, wearing next to nothing, all saying "Is there a Dr (It) in the house?" with their 'phone numbers. Shame you can't see it.

I watched a three hours program the other day on string theory and m-theory. I like that we might have eleven dimensions and parallel universes, each contained within its own brane. Just what my brain needed to watch when I was home with a cold.

works now. I've actually seen that before, and thought it was very cool - especially how well they go from macroscopic to microscopic. Neat thumb.gif

I really liked it, time to research it some more. I need to go split some atoms.
