I Haven't posted in a while, my ego can't take too many posts. Lol.
But i thought i'd let one slip out into the wild. Hehe. Of course i have to
say as usual. Looks ok on my monitor...

    I love it! The contrast with the fog and trees in the background against the black hills is great. Well done. You should come out of your hole and post more - your ego is safe here. ;)

    Thanks, its always hard to hit that upload button. I appreciate your comments and your encouragement. I wish i got new lenses in the mail for no reason. Lol. (i think you just posted that). Lol. Great pics btw. Great sky color.

    Wow! Talk about layers!!! You've been holding out on us Billy...keep posting!!! This shot has a lot to look at....my eyes go around and around taking it all in. Fantastic! thumb.gif

    Thanks i'm glad you like it. I kind of like the layers look of it as well. It was really calm and cold here this morning. But the look of the fog and clouds for some reason makes me feel motion. More of a stirring underneath the stillness. And of course there is the little bird at the top of the foreground tree. Lol.

    Sweet!

    It's a little strange where the black band dissects the tree... but I don't see any way you could do it differently.

    That's a very cool shot. thumb.gif That row of bare trees in front of the fog over the lake is really something. I like the bird in the tree too. Any chance we could see what the original looked like before the b/w conversion?
