His hair is in focus, but the eyes seem a very small bit out of focus. But for me, that doesn't detract from the wonderful shot! I love the comp, conversion, expression! Wonderful photo.

your right, didn't really notice it actually. That's the great thing about these forums, gets you to lok at things through other's eyes.
The lighting is nice, but with such a shallow depth of field, you have to have be sure the eyes are in focus and let everything else fall where it may!
