Least expensive way to get CS2??

I know there a lot or places and ways to get CS2, what is the least expensive way? I am fed up with Paint Shop Pro XI (bug in it's system had brought ot to a craw) - I also spend a lot of time reading CS2 tutorials and try to convert them to PSP.....so now I figure it's the time to switch. I have kids in school so I can get the educational discount if thats the way to go.
I tried calling Corel today to ask about the grace time period I can buy CS2 and upgrade to CS3 for no charge, but I was on hold way too long and hung up.
