Last minute shoot for an ad

Heather is a friend of mine just starting out a new property management business. Not long ago, she invited me to put my outdoors photos in her office for sale - which I was quite thrilled to do! (In this town, word of mouth goes a LONG way and she knows a LOT of people! LOL!)
Then she asked if I wanted to put a photo in a fully color ad she was going to be putting in the paper... She said she had about a 1/4 page ad and wanted to fill up space! LOL! She had a snapshot of her and her dog she was going to put in along with one of my photos. I suggested that maybe we just do a quick shoot with her and her dog (dogs are HUGE here and her company is called Watchdog!) and she agreed. This was last night that we decided.
So I got up very early, rode my bike around in the just barely above freezing weather and found a few fun places for shots. She was VERY reluctant to have her photo taken, but luckily the camera loves her.
Any and all CC is welcome!
My fave:
Remember, her company is called "Watchdog":
I need to clean up the background, but like this shot:
Thanks for looking!

Cheers,
While I like it, it's a bit soft on her face - I had a VERY shallow DOF and the chair was locked onto for the autofocus. Bummer. But since this will be the smaller photo, the focus shouldn't be a biggie....
Anyway, thanks so much for the comments, rsinmadrid and kres!

Remember the photo she chooses will reflect on you, if you don't like it, or don't think it's representative of your abilities don't let her, or anyone, use it. First impressions are somethimes last impressions.....
Just food for thought.
Good point! I think if this weren't a newspaper and weren't small, I probably wouldn't have even given her that photo as an option. Printed small and in a paper, there shouldn't be any problems.... (Famous last words!)
I am trying to steer her towards another photo... We'll see what happens!
Thanks!
