    I love the concept and basic execution. I did want a bit for a "lit" bulb, so I tried this:

    A little light would be nice. But I also thought it would be nice to have a little actual heat sign to show up, so I came up to this (processed in PS CS3, which rocks:-)

    Thank you for the ideas :-) i really appreciate the input.. I'll try to reshoot the lightbulb, this time Ill try to get a "frontal" shot, this way the wire willl be more exposed and it will be more appealing to make it stand out more through post processing. How did you achieve this reddish light Nikolai?

    It was easy: I selected the wire (I used new Quick Selection tool from the CS3 beta with it's awesome Refine Edges feature, but you can do it with a plain lasso or a quick mask) and used Hue/Saturation adjustment layer to make it bright red:-). That was all to it...

    Thank you Nikolai.. I tried to reshoot it and I'll post it here later.. I tried to do something similar to what you did but I chose a different way.. maybe you could take a look at it when I post the new shot :-) i would appreciate :-)

    Doctorit I For the blue light I just played with the white balance in Camera Raw ...the light sopurce I used were two simple table lights..
