Can't see it well enough at the current size to critique it. :)

Overall the lighting looks pretty good, and the color balance seem very good as well.

I'll have to remember this trick of a sheet on the floor as a reflector.

    Rick,

One way to get the address for the large size image (Windows):

    1) Open the Large sized image by left-mouse-clicking the "L" opposite the "other sizes".
    2) Right-mouse-click on the large image and select, "View Image".
    3) Once that image appears, Copy the address indicated in your browser.
    4) Paste that address into the "Insert Image" dialog.

For the image itself, I would like to see the mother looking more toward the camera. She seems distracted. The shadows on the wall are a little distracting. Maybe a more diffuse light would have helped. The background is a little busy, but fine for an informal portrait.

The children have a wonderful expression on their faces, and the overall lighting is within the tonal range, pretty good there. The reflector is a good idea, as is a table in front with a light covering. Anything to fill in the face shadows and reduce the ratio. Nice skin tones and accurate exposure.

    Best,
