2 Hour Street Photoshoot - Downtown London

Finally, yesterday it didn;t rain so I dashed out for a couple of hours to shoot some interesting parts of downtown London. Took just over 100 shots of basically a bit of everything. Would like your comments on the days shots. Taken with Oly E1 +14-54ZD, handheld at ISO100-400 and RAW. Converted to jpeg using Lightroom.

    Good atmospheric shot, Harj. And answering a question in your gallery: I prefer the B&W of the first to the color one.

    very nice captures. love the first one. i always want to go out and photograph people in their environment but never have the guts. always feel uncomfortable. thanks for sharing.:D

    The funky lines are 'slow down' lines. I've seen these in other countries as well. They tell drivers to slow down (in this case because of a pedestrian cross walk). Especially for cars that about to pass another car and don't notice there is a crosswalk up ahead. These lines will warn that passing car.
    I can't grasp the notion of time.
